If approved, your space will not be held until payment has been completed.

Exhibitors must attend all 3 days of event to participate.

BOOTH DESIGN
Customize your booth with your own signage, shelving, chairs, clothing, racks, extra tables, tv’s or anything you need to display your products!

FLOOR PLACEMENT
Booth number and placement is at the sole discretion of management. We will do our best to accommodate any vendor requests.

TX SALES TAX
Each vendor is responsible for meeting all of the State requirements regarding tax filings.

INSURANCE
The con strongly recommends exhibitors hold their own insurance. If you do not have your own insurance, we cannot be held accountable in regards to claims against your company.
