T.J.’s School of Music started as a small business in 1997, teaching approximately six
students from a small bedroom in a house, to expanding to a new facility and adding a
State of the art 24 Track Digital Recording Studio. TJ has gone from his six original
students, to now over 140 students, ranging from Beginner to Advanced. We have a total
of four Instructors that teach a wide variety of instruments, like bass, electric and acoustic
guitar, drums, piano, vocals and Kindermusik which is a music and movement program
designed for newborn children up to the age of 7 years, taught by Corinne, aka Mrs. TJ.
The School now also offers in-house Musicians, Songwriters, Lyricists, and Composers
for those who may be trying to make their own CD and/or demo.

T.J. and his Wife Corinne, have been performing together both professionally and
personally for the past 20 years. As teenagers, music was always the highlight of their
existence and what brought them both together to begin with. TJ and Corinne have
performed with various bands in the Simcoe County area and have played at a variety of
venues. T.J. and Corinne have been collaborating and writing songs for the past 20 years
and hope to someday, get one of their originals on radio. Top 100 would be great! TJ’s
Dad and Wife were the inspiration for many of the songs he has written. T.J. and Corinne
(also known as the Dynamic Duo), have now added to their act with the most recent
addition of their Daughter Jazsmyn who is now 7 years old. Jazsmyn will be performing
the last song of the night. She will be singing, “You are my Sunshine”, solo, while her
Daddy accompanies her on the guitar.
T.J. has recently endeavored to provide background music for the narration of Children’s
stories and enjoys it so much that he is now offering his time as an additional service
provided at the School. He is also the music instructor at Kilarney Beach Public School.
T.J. is registered with the London College of Music and students receive Certificates for
each grade they complete, up to Grade 8. These Certificates are recognized at
Universities and Colleges all over the world.
